The exceptional customer care from Mandy was great. She was extremely friendly upon checking us in. She made sure we were happy with our room as well as to check in with us throughout our stay. The location was easy to navigate without a lot of traffic. We were celebrating a wedding and it was quick and easy to get to and from the venue. It could use a few more sit down restaurant options but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in/out was smooth with no problems. Due to mobility problems, a handicapped accessible room was rented. The room was clean and spacious, the King bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had all the necessary handholds to facilitate my needs. This property is a short distance from downtown and the major attractions of Huntsville but has the mountains to separate you from the bustle of the city. We plan on staying here whenever we travel to Huntsville!

It was located away from the city but close enough that we had access to everything. My husband played golf at a RTJ course just minutes from our hotel. No hassle with parking either.

Very clean and welcoming hotel and room. Room was very updated with all decorative items, furniture and fixtures in excellent condition. Room accessories situated in ideal locations for comfort. Linens smelled fresh and were cozy. Breakfast area was nice and spacious with lots of room for social distancing. Buffet was very tasty and appealing. Hotel staff was very attentive to replenishing the food items.
